Jacqui's origami sculptures sprang from a community recycling project, whereby each participant made one origami box from found or secondhand paper. Each 'collection' of the boxes were then made into suspended sculptures.
Jacqui developed this concept and began to create her own sculptures from of hundreds of origami boxes. She has created 'Particle Fold', a response to the amount of paper wasted and thrown away and 'The Space Between', a kinetic origami sculpture made in collaboration with Richard Dawson.
